This hotel is located right in the heart of the city, making it incredibly convenient for exploring. You can easily walk to all the main places, including the big Mosque and smaller shops. Additionally, the staff here are incredibly helpful and friendly, making you feel very welcome during your stay. They go above and beyond to ensure your needs are met.

I asked staff the way to go to "the mall" and I got the answer about map and direction but they didn't tell me that they have a free shuttle bus service to go to the mall. I saw it by myself after I came back to hotel. Umm! So I had to pay for taxi 30 dollars. What's waste of my money. Other things about this hotel are great.

We were impressed with the exceptional location of this hotel in Brunei. It allowed us easy access to popular tourist spots such as Kampong Ayer and the majestic mosque. The staff were friendly and professional, making our stay pleasant from start to finish. The rooms were clean and well-kept, offering a comfortable space to relax. The breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. we highly recommend this hotel for its prime location and excellent service.

No complaints - maybe they should provide extra service by giving brochures about Brunei, suggest to guests where to go? To shop?, Give Maps/travel brochures upon check-in. In short, dont wait for the guests to ask for it, they should give it right away upon check-in. Maybe they should also give a small item as souvenir.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and it was in a very good location down town, close to bus terminals, taxi stands, and easy access to the water taxi. The rooms and bathrooms were very comfortable, and the breakfast offered each morning had a lot of variety and was delicious.

The room we stayed in had a bit of a bad smell to it, but overall this didn't affect the quality of our stay.

Central location

The information given on the Brunei Hotel site suggested that a courtesy bus/transport was available but this was not correct. The front desk could give no information about tours available apart from giving us a brouchure on request, They had no idea of prices or contact details. The breakfast was adequate but uninspiring.

Brunei hotel had an excellent location and very helpful staff plus the design quality was good. This is a hotel to which I will happily return
